Clients clearly understand that coaching is not counseling, therapy or advice such as legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric or otherwise and does not substitute for therapy of any kind, nor mental health care or substance abuse, and does not prevent, cure, treat, or diagnose any mental disorder or medical disease. Clients will need to get an expert for help in these areas.

 

For transparency, the Coach is NOT a therapist, a psychologist, a counselor, or a person who specializes in mental illness and does not provide mental health advice or medical advice, nor is  a Relationship therapist, or Nutritionist, and does not make business decisions for any Client.

 

BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC company preference currently involves online sessions only for all coaching services including those listed as “By Request Only.”  It is up to the owner/provider of BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC (a.k.a. Brenda Rockward, Coach Brenda) to comply with or deny certain service requests. This includes, or in addition to and if accepted, only service adult clients typically aged 30 and above, but not excluding clients under 30 years of age.

No minors coaching (anyone under the age of 18 years) is allowed coaching services through BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC. The only exception is regarding a family unit coaching environment with minors at the request of the parents or legal guardians or an organization that provides professional services to minors from the age of 13 up to 17 years of age requesting BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC services. Parents must sign a disclosure agreement acknowledging this family coaching arrangement and that minors are Client participants of the sessions, or individual Client participants of the session (no parent present). The same rules apply to an organization that provides professional services to minors that must include a signed parental disclosure agreement or a signed legal guardian disclosure agreement for BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC provided services to any under aged child or children. Prior to a Client(s) first coaching session it is mandatory that the Contractual Welcome Packet information sent to the Client be returned 48 hours prior to a Clients first coaching session to the Coach in the same manner as it was sent and include an attachment of an official photo ID copy (i.e. Driver's License, Government/Military) of every person signed up for coaching session(s) to serve as further proof you are who you say you are.

 

According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.

 

TESTIMONIALS

After a Client has finished a coaching session(s) with the Coach, it is always asked if the Client would be willing to submit a testimonial to be posted on Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC website, and any other future social media or advertising platforms to not only encourage and motivate others, but to allow others to see they are not alone in their journey and that there exist positive outcomes by doing so.

The Client will receive the Client Service Testimonial LICENSE Contract along with the Contractual Welcome Packet. Details are provided below as clarity for the Client:

  • This Client understands and acknowledges that their (Client) testimonial submissionhas no end date with Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC and allows Brenda Rockward Coaching LLCto use your (Client) testimonial and that you (Client), cannot terminate that license unless Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC disparages your (Client) name.

  • The Client understands, acknowledges andconsents to this Client Service Testimonial LICENSE Contract in that you (Client) will not receive any compensation for the submission of your (Client) testimonial to be posted on Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC website, and any other repurposing freedom to future social media or advertising platforms including Ads.

  • The Client understands, acknowledges andconsents under this Client Service Testimonial LICENSE Contract to Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC the ability to edit your (Client) testimonial due to spelling or grammatical errors.

  • The Client understands, acknowledges and consents under this Client Service Testimonial LICENSE Contract that if they (Client) identify a spelling or grammatical error after their (Client) testimony has been posted on Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC website, and any other repurposing freedom to future social media or advertising platforms including Ads,that you (Client) consent to waiver your (client) rights to request edits.

 

Clients will receive a reminder about the testimonial submission once coaching sessions are nearing completion.


CONFIDENTIALITY

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s signed consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s signed consent.

Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity.  The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.

 

RECORDED SESSIONS

​Coaching sessions for any coaching services are facilitated online and arranged between Coach and Client. Recording coaching sessions is a required activity for the benefit of the Coach and Client to master discussions to better serve the Client for any upcoming sessions, and for later use regarding the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing process for the Coach to become certified with their organization. Recorded details and the nature of the coaching sessions and Client name are confidential. However,  a separate attached disclosure is provided to the Client and by the Client signing this disclosure agreement the Client acknowledges and consents to having only your name, contact information and start and end dates of coaching of the recorded session(s) for the use and purpose of ICF credentialing.

 

Release of Information: (Optional, based upon specific situation)

The Coach engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification by the ICF. By signing this agreement, you (Client) agree to have only your name, contact information and start and end dates of coaching shared with ICF staff members and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.

 

NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC does not accept any form of insurance from Clients covering coaching sessions as the fees required are out-of-pocket expenses for each client.

 

The Client acknowledges and understands that BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC terms serve as a non-inclusive agreement as there may be documents and other requirements that the Coach will ask of all Clienteles.

 

Client understands that “Free Consultation”  is not part of the scheduled sessions as the proposed Client is not a Client at this point. Once the Client has paid for services, he or she  develops “Client” status and any in-between session emailing to the Coach to ask questions or if the Client has a concern is not part of the scheduled sessions and does not add on or reduce any time of the scheduled sessions.

 

The Client understands that by becoming a Client he or she acknowledges that the materials in the Welcome Packet along with any other homework or assigned documents from the Coach belong to the company and its owner and thus cannot be used or shared in or with any other source (i.e., online or in your practice).

Client’s face(s) must be visible during the free consultation and during all coaching sessions for security purposes to be sure you are who you say you are. If you decide to move forward with sessions an official photo ID  (i.e. Driver’s license, Government/Military ID) will be a required attachment to send back with the Welcome Packet documents for additional legal proof for who you say you are. Photo IDs are required from every person signed up for coaching sessions (as applicable).

 

The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her online coaching, calls and interactions with the Coach. Client understands that the Coach does not control the direction of the Client’s life. The Client understands that through coaching sessions the Client and Coach will be dealing with the Clients present situation and future, but NOT delving into the past in a therapeutic manner.

 

As a member of the International Coaching Federation “(ICF)” and at some point, pursuing certification credentialing from this organization please note that as the Coach agree to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coaching Federation “(ICF).” It is recommended that the Client review the ICF Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behavior. www.coachingfederation.org/ethics.

 

Furthermore, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client clearly understands that coaching is not counseling, therapy or advice such as legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric or otherwise and does not substitute for therapy of any kind, nor mental health care or substance abuse, and does not prevent, cure, treat, or diagnose any mental disorder or medical disease. Clients will need to get an expert for help in these areas.

 

If a proposed Client has any history of mental health disorders, disease or substance abuse and would like to have NLP coaching services, the proposed Client fully understands that Coach has the right to deny services if the proposed Client denies or refuses to provide a signed letter from his or her mental health care provider indicating that he or she (proposed Client) would benefit from NLP coaching services as a paying Client. An approved signed letter directly from the Client’s mental health care provider must be presented to Coach before any coaching services are accepted.

As for the Health & Wellness Coaching service option which is part of the “By Request Only” coaching services , any health-style changes or health style regimen plans the Client creates during this coaching service is advised not to carry out his or her plans until first notifying the physician and physician approval has been given. The Client must forward to BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC a letter of approval from the physician on the physician’s letterhead with contact information for future Client reference and BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC records.

At the end of all coaching sessions, whether it’s individuals, couples, family, businesses, educational institutions, or other organizations, Clients will be asked to fill out a survey to help the Coach develop and execute more ways to better serve Clients.

 

Termination:
Either the Coach or the Client may terminate the Coaching  Agreement at any time, which includes and supports the inclusion of the type of coaching service choice the Client paid and what the company policy states for that coaching service area regarding cancellations, terminations, refunds and all others. In the event of due harm to the Coach from the Client or the Client is found to possibly do harm to themselves, the Coach has full authority to terminate the Coach and Client relationship without any recourse or refunds due to the Client and the necessary authorities will be contacted. The Coach may provide a letter of referral (but is not obligated to do so) to the Client if the Coach and Client relationship is not working out and the Client would be best coached elsewhere.

 

SCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS, OTHER DETAILS

(All coaching sessions take place online via Central Standard Time)

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC will ask the Client for their agreement in advance during online booking to continue to charge their credit card on file for the time they have scheduled for sessions (i.e., month, year) as applicable.

 

SCHEDULES & FEES

  • For some of the booking services, once a Client schedules a session, he or she may not be able to reschedule under this WEBSITE feature using the built-in calendar. The Client must contact the Coach ASAP if he or she is having this kind of situation so rescheduling can take place.​

  • No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity.

  • Coaching Sessions will be held online and last for 1 hour for a one-time,  topic-specific for NLP Coaching.

​PAYMENT OF FUNDS

If a Client’s payment is insufficient or notice of a failed payment is received by BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC, the Client will receive an emailed notice concerning this and another method of payment by the Client must take place immediately or the Client will be canceled out and not be provided with service. A termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client if the Client fails to remedy the issue.

SPECIAL PAYMENTS

In addressing future payments for Clients that are under a specifically designed contract between Coach and Client (s) for booking and payments (i.e., regular recurring payments for multiple sessions at a fixed cost) for which a contract is specially created for the Client please see the rules under Multiple Sessions for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach within the stipulated time limits mentioned in this contract in advance of the scheduled session(s).

 

CANCELLATIONS

A 48-hours’ notice for cancellation is enforced by Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC. Once a Client pays for his or her coaching service the Client has 48 hours to cancel. If the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will only receive a refund of 50% of their paid service costs. Prices are subject to change due to normal economic supply and demand. Established clients will be notified of this change but will not be affected by the change if they remain an established client.

 

A cancellation recovery notice will be emailed to the Client if the Client cancelled their session by mistake.

CANCELLATIONS  ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY FUTURE WEBINARS, WORKSHOPS SEMINARS, OR OTHER EVENTS) as these will have a different cancellation policy enforced as well rules and regulatory policies.

 

These policies are enforced out of respect for other Clients who are attempting to schedule a coaching session and for the time and labor (preparations) of the Coach to meet with the Client.

 

SPECIAL REFUNDS

Company refund rules also apply to the specifications under “No Shows-Emergencies-Cancel Out Fully-Cancel Until Further Notice” for Clients that may have unused sessions and no longer need the coach’s services or cannot continue due to other reasons beyond their control. However, the Client must contact the Coach 24 hours in advance for this type of cancellation and present the reason in a signed written letter via email of intent indicating that you (the Client) no longer require the coach’s services or extended agreements for coaching sessions.

 

NO SHOWS

Clients that do not show up for paid scheduled session(s) and have failed to contact the Coach 24 hours post scheduled session(s) to reschedule which includes Clients that repeatedly do not show up for scheduled session(s)  will not receive a refund for the no-show session(s). The Coach has the right to deny any further services to the Client. If the Client is denied, a termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client by the Coach.

 

EXCEPTIONS FOR EMERGENCIES

These exceptions do not equate to the “48-hour cancellation policy, Cancel Out Fully, Cancel Out Until Further Notice, Unused or NO-SHOW policies.”

  • The Client is to provide the Coach 24 hours advance notice if the Client needs to cancel the session.

  • Sessions that are cancelled for emergency reasons and not rescheduled with the Coach within the next 24 hours (post emergency) will not be made up and the Client is still responsible for paying any associated fees for the session (as applicable).

  • If the Client fails to contact the Coach to reschedule after the first 24 hours’ advance notice and 24 hours (post emergency), no refund of any remaining paid sessions will be given.

  • No more than 2 emergencies allowed over the course of a Client’s remaining paid scheduled sessions (as applicable).

  • After 2 emergencies, a Client cannot make up any missed sessions and no refunds will be given for any remaining paid scheduled sessions ( as applicable).

  • The Coach has the right to reinstate or deny services to the Client pending emergencies that may happen after the first 2 emergencies. If the Coach allows the Client to be reinstated, the Client must then submit a written signed statement indicating the reason for the emergency to the Coach via email following the Coach's directions and then immediately schedule remaining sessions with the Coach. If the Client is denied, a termination letter for coaching service will be emailed to the Client by the Coach.

UNUSED

Clients that may have unused paid sessions and no longer need the Coach’s services or cannot continue due to other reasons beyond their control may receive a refund for the unused portion only if it has not been over 30 days post initial payment. After 30 days, the Client will not receive a refund of the unused paid session fees. The Coach has the right to deny any further services to the Client. If the Client is denied, a termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client by the Coach.

CANCEL OUT FULLY

Represents the initial terms for cancellations regarding the 48-hour notice policy and is a terminated effect as well. The Client must provide a written signed notice via email to the Coach of intent to terminate the coaching relationship.

CANCEL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Represents a no refund policy for paid services if it has been over 1 month from the date of Client purchase with no notice from the Client to reschedule and resume services. A termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client.

MULTIPLE SESSIONS

As applicable for Multiple scheduled sessions, if a Client stops his or her scheduled coaching sessions before their due end, but have paid in full prior to, costs for sessions already provided will be deducted based on the session rate. The remaining funds after this will be refunded to the Client.

 

Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC will ask the Client for their signed  agreement in advance to continue to charge their credit card on file for the time they have scheduled for sessions (i.e., month, year) as applicable.

 

Termination:
Either the Coach or the Client may terminate the Coaching  Agreement at any time, which includes and supports the inclusion of the type of coaching service choice the Client paid and what the company policy states for that coaching service area regarding cancellations, terminations, refunds and all others.
