Service Description
Online, One-time, topic specific 1-hr session. Followed by a scheduled online 3-week post assessment follow-up for 30-minutes scheduled by Client with the Coach. As an individual you feel a need to assess the way you choose to think and behave no matter where you live, work or play. It can be a blend of personal and professional issues that you want to confront and change but not sure how. But you must pick only one and start from there. Walk away intentionally focused on your thoughts and behaviors redesigned to meet just what you need and want!
Cancellation Policy
Before booking and paying for services Clients are highly encouraged to read FAQs, General Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, for more detailed information if you have not already and review such items as Cancellations, No Shows, Emergencies, Multiple Sessions, Refunds and Payments as well. Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC will ask the Client for their agreement in advance during online booking to continue to charge their credit card on file. SCHEDULES For some of the booking services, once a Client has scheduled a session, he or she may not be able to reschedule under this WEBSITE feature using the built-in calendar. Contact the Coach ASAP if having this kind of situation so rescheduling can take place. No Session can be assigned to another person, group or other entity. Sessions will be held online and last for 1 hour for a one-time, topic-specific for NLP Coaching. PAYMENTS: If a Client’s payment is found insufficient or notice of a failed payment is received by BRENDA ROCKWARD COACHING LLC, the Client will receive an emailed notice concerning this and another method of payment by the Client must take place immediately or the Client will be automatically canceled out and not be provided with service. A termination letter for service will be emailed to the Client if the Client fails to remedy the issue immediately. CANCELLATIONS: A 48-hours' notice for cancellation is enforced by Brenda Rockward Coaching LLC. Once a proposed Client pays for his or her coaching service and is now an official Client, the Client has 48 hours to cancel. If the Client cancels 24 hours after the initial 48 hours have passed, the Client will only receive a refund of 50% of their paid service costs. A cancellation recovery notice will be emailed to the Client if the Client canceled their session by mistake.
